Registration requirements

• Age of the child must be between 8 and 14 years
  • Relaxation in age is given up to 15 years for girls
• Presence of parents is must at the time of registration
• Two passport size photo and birth-certificate should be brought at the time of registration
• Form Distribution and Registration Time
  • Thursday to Saturday – 11:00 AM to 04:30 PM
  • Sunday – 10:30 AM to 02:00 PM
• Registration Form Price is Rs. 10/-
